Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Wind Down, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms govern your use of the Wind Down mobile application provided by Verto Studios.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

  • Wind Down Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, managed through Apple's App Store.
  • Free Trial: Subscriptions may include a free trial period. Your subscription begins at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Price Changes: Subscription pricing may change. We will notify you of any material price changes in advance.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

Use of the App

  • You may use Wind Down for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
  • You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Health Disclaimer

Wind Down is a habit-tracking tool and is not a medical device. The Sleep Impact Score and related features are informational only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for sleep concerns.

Limitation of Liability

Wind Down is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verto Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
